English Day by Day is aimed at all those who want to improve their knowledge of the English language. Every day a new word is explained and put into context. So is a grammar point every week and the link section which is updated with new links so that you can get better at English in an interactive way. Don't forget to click on the flags on some articles if you want to have an equivalent in the English language.
There are several categories for the articles (such as "Against Mistakes" with words that might be deceiving in French or English for a foreign learner). You can easily access them by clicking on the links in the left part of the blog entitled "Catégories".
The stars following the articles indicate the level of difficulty of the content. One * means that it is for beginners; two ** for intermediate learners; and three *** for advanced speakers.
Don't hesitate and post your comments or suggestions by posting your remarks directly in the section of an article.
The blog is an idea by Softissimo, a company represented by Théo Hoffenberg, the editor. The author, Philippe Hattais, is an English teacher from the "Académie de Créteil". You can learn more about the project by clicking on this link.
